The market is definitely hot. One of examples, my part time maid told me yesterday that she made more than HK$20,000 in total from the IPO subscriptions for the last year.
Vow... I only pay her HK$50/hr and 8 hrs a week for cleaning up my apartment. Obviously, the easy money from the market is quit a big sum compared with her regualr income.
Another example..
Over the dinner with my excolleagues, there are a lot of big spenders in the resturant.
BTW, I would like to set up a protflio since this week, and see how it goes by year end. Below is my initial pick.
